Engaging Ensor Interactive Print Project

Brian Lane, Printmaker and Photographer in Seattle runs the PrintZero Studio and is on the board of Seattle Print Arts, a nonprofit all volunteer organization of several hundred printmakers.  He recently organized participation by Seattle printmakers in the Engaging Ensor Project now at the Getty Museum in California. This project was initiated by Peter Foucault and Chris Treggiari as part of their residency at Getty. 50 linocut masks along with 30-50 linocut masks from California printmakers plus 2 silkscreen posters have been produced and to date over 1400 visitors in 3 days of the workshop.  The Getty has a flickr page set up…I have an image on the poster to the far right on the female body.
